ABOUT REBUILDING TOGETHER
Rebuilding Together believes in a safe and healthy home for every
person. Rebuilding Together provides critical repairs to an existing
home, addressing both structural issues and those that affect the
health of the homeowners. House by house, block by block, we work
with our nearly 300 affiliates, 330,000 volunteers, who are skilled
trades persons, corporate partners and everyday citizens, to repair
homes, to stabilize and revitalize communities. For nearly 30 years,
we have seen the benefits when people remain in their homes: lives
are improved and communities are revived.

| REBUILDING TOGETHER OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY EXPANDS The Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together, formally known as Christmas in April, has elected to expand its services to the community on a population, those who are at or below poverty level. The mean income of our clients continues to decline while the prices of family sustaining commodities such as food, energy, and gasoline, continues to increase. Demands for our services to provide a home environment that is warm, safe, dry, and independent have increased as well. Our clients are continually placed in a position to make difficult decisions between maintaining their homes and providing basic necessities for their families. Given these circumstances, our charity has decided to make every effort to provide services to the County on a full time basis. That decision requires a funding process much different than we have executed in the past. It requires financial resources that are available to us perpetually throughout the year unlike seasonal funding initiatives of the past. Through our collective efforts of Sponsorship for monies, materials and Volunteer workers, Rebuilding Together is able to garner $4 worth of valuable home renovation for every $1 donated! So please, join us if you can in giving back to your community and those in need of our services. All Donations large or small will help us provide the much needed services to our economically challenged neighbors in the County.
