Chuck Dunsey
Chuck has been an active Board member
with Rebuilding Together of Anne Arundel
County for the last nine years. His work
experience encompassed a 36 year career
in the telecommunication industry, retiring
as Vice President of Engineering for
Verizon Communications. He currently
resides with his wife in Severna Park,
Maryland.

Bob Sharpe
Bob has been with Rebuilding Together
since it first started as Christmas in April –
Anne Arundel County and a board member
since 1993. He coordinates the scope of
work for the projects and works with the
house captains and materials suppliers.
Bob is a retired public high school math
teacher and has been a licensed contractor
since 1984. He and his wife Gale have
lived in Crofton since 1971 and have three
daughters.

Bruce Kane
Bruce has been a part of the Executive
Committee of Rebuilding Together Anne
Arundel County as Secretary or Vice
President since 2006. Bruce is retired from
Verizon Communications after a 37 year
career that included 20 years in various
engineering and financial positions. He
currently resides with his wife in Riva,
MD, right here in Anne Arundel County.
Bruce has been a part of the Executive
Committee of Rebuilding Together Anne

Paul has been the Treasurer at Rebuilding
Together since 2008. His work experience
includes 11 years with Corning
Incorporated in Corning, NY and 10 years
with Verizon in Baltimore, MD in a variety
of manufacturing, engineering, and
financial roles. He presently serves as the
CFO/Treasurer of the
Baltimore-Washington Conference of The
United Methodist Church in Fulton, MD.

Together since 2008. His work experience
includes 11 years with Corning

Walter Hayes
Walter Hayes has a strong personal interest
in residential home construction,
renovation and repair. He has renovated,
and sold rowhouses and single family
homes in the area and has a deep
knowledge of residential homes, their
construction, energy saving improvements
and how to maintain them properly. Walt
has been with Rebuilding Together Anne
Arundel County since 2004, serving as a
House Captain and member of the Board of
Directors. Walt Hayes has 30 years of
experience as a business and IT consultant
to the federal and state government. He
holds a Master’s Degree in Information
Management from George Washington
University.

Burnell Vincent began his association with
Rebuilding Together in 1979 as a House

often join in the work on Blitz Day. Burnell
retired from the EPA where he worked as
an Environmental Engineer.

Division Chief after 31 years in the Dept,
and 3 years in the DC Fire Dept. He holds
a BS, Fire Studies and a BA, Paralegal

a Board Member with the Hogs & Heroes
Foundation, Maryland Chap 2, and the
Civitans. He resides in Anne Arundel
County with his daughter, 15 and son, 19.
